JOHN AND WARREN ST

This $26 million project focused on capital reconstruction of Warren and John Streets due to damages incurred after 9/11. The NYC DOT initiated the reconstruction of Warren Street from West Street to Broadway and John Street from Broadway to William Street and the project was funded by the Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief Program.

Work Completed Includes:

- Reconstruction of roadways, curbs, pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, street lighting,           and traffic signals

- Utility relocation

- Installation of new 20" and 12" water mains

- Replacement of 24" combined sewer on Warren Street between West Street and           Greenwich Street as well as rehabilitation of remaining sewers
